Shipping (USA)
We ship orders from our U.S. warehouse using UPS Ground (or an equivalent U.S. carrier when needed). Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday–Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT are usually processed the next business day. (During peak seasons, processing may take an additional business day.)
Typical delivery time after the order ships is: Processing time: 1 business day (most orders); Transit time (UPS Ground): 3–7 business days; Total typical delivery window: 4–8 business days. Important: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.
At this time, we sell and ship primarily within the United States. If you have a special request, contact us before ordering.
Some addresses (including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii) may require different shipping methods, extra transit time, or may not be eligible for standard shipping. If you are unsure, email us at info@moveescooters.com before ordering and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Yes — signature confirmation may be required by default for higher-value orders to reduce theft and delivery disputes. If signature is required, the carrier will provide delivery options (reschedule/hold at location) depending on your area.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders or email us.
Please: Check around your home/building (porch, side door, mailroom). Ask neighbors/property manager. Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation. Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the carrier trace.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused scooters in original packaging (including all accessories and manuals). If a scooter is returned used or shows signs of wear, it may be subject to a restocking fee.
Email info@moveescooters.com with: Order number, Reason for return, and Photos (if there is any issue/damage). We’ll reply with the next steps and return instructions.
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected. Once approved, it may take a few business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund.

Product & Usage
Many scooters can handle light rain, but we do not recommend riding in heavy rain, deep puddles, or flooding. Water exposure can damage electrical components and may not be covered under warranty. Always check your model’s water-resistance notes and ride safely.
Range and speed results depend on rider weight, tire pressure, terrain, wind, temperature, battery condition, and riding mode. We list manufacturer specs and typical real-world expectations where possible.
