Shipping & Delivery Policy (USA)

Move E Scooters ships within the United States. This page explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to the Continental United States (48 states).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • International destinations

2) Processing Time (Order Handling)

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Most orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the same business day or next business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Note: Processing time is different from shipping transit time.

3) Shipping Method & Carrier

We ship using trusted U.S. carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

Your carrier and service level may vary based on your delivery address, package size, and product model.

4) Estimated Delivery Time (Transit)

After your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, typical delivery times are:

5–8 business days (Continental U.S.)

  • California / West Coast: often 3–5 business days
  • Central U.S.: often 4–7 business days
  • East Coast / Northeast: often 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to:

  • carrier delays
  • weather events
  • peak shipping seasons
  • remote/extended delivery areas

5) Shipping Cost

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

If your product page states Free Shipping, shipping is free for eligible Continental U.S. addresses and the cost at checkout will reflect that.

6) Signature Requirements (High-Value Orders)

For security, some orders may require signature confirmation at delivery.

If a signature is required:

  • the carrier may not leave the package unattended, and
  • you may need to reschedule delivery or pick up from a carrier facility.

7) Address Accuracy (Important)

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • we can re-ship once the correct address is confirmed, and
  • additional shipping fees may apply.

8) Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

9) Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages)

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the box and product immediately
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@moveescooters.com

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package:

  • check around the property and with neighbors/building management first
  • then contact us within 48 hours so we can help open a carrier inquiry
