Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship only within the Continental 48 States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the following locations:
- Standard P.O. Boxes or Residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas
- USPS, FedEx, or any other type of drop boxes
- Freight forwarding services (5 to 8 days via FedEx)
Shipping Methods & Time Frame:
We offer ground shipping exclusively for all orders. Your order will be shipped using the most reliable carrier that meets our delivery time frame. We primarily use FEDEX and UPS for shipments within the Continental U.S., and UPS or Purolator for select areas.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Europe Shipping
Fast, Reliable Delivery Across the Continent
We deliver to most EU/EEA countries plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland in 6–9 business days after dispatch. Orders ship via trusted carriers—DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and GLS—with end-to-end tracking on every shipment.
What to Expect

- Coverage: EU/EEA + UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland
- Notes: Business days only; remote areas and islands may take longer. Non-EU destinations may have customs/VAT handling.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if the item has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If the package is refused upon delivery, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Tracking Packages:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipment notification along with a tracking number to your email address. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Please note: Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to be updated after shipment.

The delivery time depends on your location. To check the status of your delivery, you can use the tracking number provided. If tracking information is not available immediately, please allow up to 72 hours for updates.
