These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through Move E Scooters (“Move,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on moveescooters.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & Order Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission of a parent/guardian) to place an order.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory issues, or delivery restrictions.
  • If we cancel your order after payment, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

3) Pricing, Taxes & Charges

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Sales tax may be collected where required by law based on your shipping address.
  • We strive to keep product prices accurate. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and notify you, or confirm the corrected price with you before processing.

4) Payment

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed at the time you place your order.
  • For your protection, we may use fraud-prevention checks and may require additional verification before shipping.

5) Shipping & Delivery (USA)

Shipping timelines, costs, signature requirements, and delivery rules are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and may vary by product and destination.

Important delivery notes:

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier (or when the package is marked delivered).

6) Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.

7) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@moveescooters.com.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If cancellation is not possible, you may need to follow our Returns Policy after delivery.

8) Returns, Refunds & Restocking

  • using proper protective gear,
  • operating the scooter safely and as instructed,
  • performing routine maintenance.

We do not guarantee that any product is legal to operate in every city or region. Please verify local requirements.

11) Limitation of Liability (To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law)

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Move E Scooters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of any product.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
  • Some states (including California) do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12) Governing Law (California, USA)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
